Collection, sorting, processing and supply
Six services covering the full chain of custody: from the first container on your site to the specification the mill or processor receives.
Each one is priced per load or per tonne, documented per collection, and run by the same team.
One supplier across the whole chain of custody
Waste brokers pass material along and the paperwork is where it shows. We collect, grade, process and supply the same material ourselves, so the description on your transfer note matches what actually arrives at the mill.
That matters most when a load is rejected elsewhere: mixed grades, wet paper, or a polymer that has been contaminated by the wrong stream. Keeping the streams separate from the point of collection is the only reliable way to prevent it.
- Collection, sorting, processing and supply under one roof
- Three streams kept separate from your gate onwards
- Documentation issued per load, not per month

Service detail
How each service runs day to day: what arrives on site, what leaves it, and the paperwork that follows both.
Scrap Steel Recovery
The service runs to a simple rhythm: a container scheduled to your arisings, the grade agreed before the first lift, and every load weighed and ticketed on arrival at our yard. Material is separated into ferrous and non-ferrous streams on intake, then cut or pressed to the size the receiving mill actually wants.
- Intake separation into ferrous and non-ferrous streams
- Cut, pressed or shredded to the receiving mill’s charge size
- Weighed on arrival and ticketed against your job
- Contamination pulled out before pressing, not after
- Clean lots held separately so a good grade stays good
Waste Paper Recovery
Paper keeps its value only while it stays dry and separate. We collect by grade, press bales to a consistent specification and load direct to the mill, or route through the merchant chain where that suits your volumes and timings better.
- Grades kept separate from the point of collection
- Bales pressed to a consistent mill specification
- Moisture and contamination managed before baling
- Load-out arranged around mill receiving hours
- Traceability from your site to the reprocessor
Waste Plastics Recycling
Plastics are only worth recycling while the polymer streams stay apart. We sort by polymer and form, wash where the end market requires it, and supply rigid flake or reprocessed pellet according to what the downstream processor can feed directly.
- Sorted by polymer and form before anything is mixed
- Washing and contamination removal ahead of size reduction
- Output as washed flake or reprocessed pellet
- Film and rigid streams kept on separate routes
- Off-spec loads identified early and priced honestly
Collection & Sorting
The first visit sets the pattern for every visit after it. We walk the site, agree container positions and access with whoever runs the yard, then set a frequency that matches how your waste actually builds up, reviewed as volumes change.
- Site walk and container plan before the first lift
- Skips, bulk loads or dedicated containers to suit the arisings
- Scheduled or on-call rounds as volumes demand
- Drivers briefed on your access and segregation rules
- Frequency reviewed against weighed loads, not estimates
Compliance & Reporting
Every movement is documented as standard. Transfer notes travel with each load, weighbridge tickets are matched to your collections, and the record arrives consolidated, ready to hand to an auditor without rebuilding it from inboxes.
- Transfer notes issued per load, per address
- Weighbridge tickets matched to your collections
- Consolidated record of tonnages and destinations
- Written statements for audits on request
- Duty-of-care records kept current without chasing
Supply & Fulfilment
Supply is the mirror of collection: material leaves the yard to the specification the buyer agreed, in the format their process can charge directly, on a schedule that fits the production plan rather than fighting it.
- Grade and batch consistency agreed before the first load
- Sheared, baled, shredded, flake or pellet to order
- Samples available ahead of first contract supply
- Load-out scheduled to the buyer’s production plan
- Paperwork matched to the receiving site’s requirements
Sample the output
Recovered material leaves as a specification: sheared and baled furnace feedstock, baled paper grades, washed pellets and flakes.

Quick answers
Can I use one service on its own?
Yes. Plenty of customers start with a single skip collection and only move to a scheduled round once the volumes settle down.
Do you handle mixed loads?
We can take a mixed load and sort it on arrival, but the rate reflects the extra handling. Where you can separate materials at source, both the rate and the resulting grade improve.
Do you supply as well as collect?
Yes. We supply furnace-ready steel feedstock, baled paper grades and washed plastic pellets or flakes to mills and processors.
Is there a minimum volume?
A 6 cubic yard skip is our smallest container, and bulk collections start at 1 tonne per load.
Tell us what you have and where it is
Send the material type, approximate volume, access arrangement and postcode. We will confirm the container or load format, a written rate and the earliest collection slot.
