ECO WORLDWIDE LTD collects, sorts, processes and supplies recovered materials from a base in Hertfordshire, working across scrap steel, waste paper and waste plastics.
We are registered in England & Wales, company number 07695023, and our registered office is at Eastview, Nasty, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG11 1HP.
Most of the waste chain in the UK is intermediated: a broker sells the collection, another operator runs the container, and a third processes the material. Every hand-off is a place where grades get mixed and the paperwork stops matching the load.
We work the other way round. The team that collects your material also grades it, processes it and supplies it into the mills and processors that use it as raw material. That means we can commit to a specification rather than a description, and we can tell you what happened to a specific load.
Our operating area is deliberately compact — Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties — so the same people handle your site each time and the grades stay consistent from one collection to the next.
What we do, in four stages
Collection, sorting, processing and supply. Each stage produces a record, which is why the paperwork matches the material.
Collect
Skip, bulk or scheduled uplift, with the container, access and window agreed in writing first.
Sort
Grading into the correct stream on arrival, so contamination is removed before it spoils a clean grade.
Process
Metals sheared, baled or shredded; paper baled and stored dry; plastics sorted, washed and pelletised.
Supply
Material supplied to mills, foundries and processors with batch documentation covering grade and quantity.

The three streams we work in
Metals, fibre and polymer. Each one needs different handling, different equipment and a different route to market.
How we work with clients
No long onboarding, no minimum contract to start. Most customers begin with a single collection and move to a schedule once the volumes are understood.
Written rate confirmed before the first vehicle is dispatched
Same team on your site each collection
Documentation issued per load, not per quarter
Honest answers when something is not a material we can take
